The ticket must be stamped on each journey. This is done by inserting it in the turnstile at the access station. If the turnstile does not accept tickets that the users consider are still valid, they should go to the nearest point of sale.
ENAC is situated in Serrano 240 Street, corner with Príncipe de Vergara Street and República de Ecuador Square.
The reception is situated on the fourth floor.
Easy access from M-30 and M-40, with parking in front of this (Serrano 221 Street)
There are two subway stations near ENAC:
- Line 9: Stop in "Concha Espina" Station. Príncipe de Vergara Exit.
- Line 8 and 9: Stop in "Colombia" Station. Príncipe de Vergara Exit.
From subway exits to the ENAC offices it takes 5 minutes walking.
FROM THE AIRPORT
Walk outside the airport terminal to the taxi ranks. It will take you between 20 and 40 minutes approximately, depends on the state of traffic.
The cost is 30 euros to any central location.
Take line 8 to Colombia Station (around 15 minutes) and once you get, it takes 5 minutes walking into ENAC offices.

The official Madrid taxi is white with a red diagonal stripe across the front door and, if the taxi is free to hold passengers, it will display a green light on the roof. The taxi must always use the taximeter and you can ask for a receipt after the service.
You can take the subway in the train station.
Take line 10 to Plaza de Castilla Station. Here you have to change to line 9. In Line 9 go to Concha Espina or Colombia Station, both are very near of ENAC offices.
