ENAC and the accreditation body in Belarus, Belarusian State Centre for Accreditation, (BSC), have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote, develop and strengthen cooperation between the two bodies in the accreditation field. Signing this agreement shows ENAC's continued commitment, set out in its statutes, to spreading procedures and accreditation techniques, and promoting their implementation in other countries.

The agreement, signed by Beatriz Rivera, ENAC's General Manager and by the General Manager of BSC, Tatyana Nikolaeva, commits the two organizations to making it easier to exchange knowledge about conformity assessment body accreditation, as well as document information, and rules and procedures applicable in each country.

Likewise, the two bodies will collaborate in organizing workshops, seminars and conferences to promote auditor and technical expert training.

According to the agreement, cooperation between the two bodies will be always sustained in the international standards applied in the accreditation field and the principles adopted by the international accreditation bodies.
