Addient has recently obtained ENAC's accreditation as an inspection body in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard to carry out urban inspection and control activities in Andalusia, so becoming the first urban control body accredited in this autonomous community.

This accreditation enables Addient to act within the Decree 550/2022's framework, which approves the General Regulations of the Law on Promoting Sustainability in the Territory of Andalusia (LISTA) and which requires the ENAC accreditation as one of the requirements to be met by bodies interested in carrying out urban inspection and control activities in Andalusia.

Accreditation: a support to the Administration in the urban control field

The Public Administration has a trusted partner in ENAC, given that accreditation guarantees security and integrity in key activities in numerous economic sectors, such as urban planning control.

Therefore, there are increasingly more regional, national, and European regulations that, as in the case of Decree 550/2022, make use of accreditation as a support tool for developing and implementing their public policies.
